Delivery

Postage and packaging costs are as follows:
UK – £4.50 up to 2kg
Europe – £10 up to 500g
Rest of World – £17.50 up to 500g

USA – We are shipping to USA but unfortunately our online shop is not accepting the orders at the moment.  Please send an email with your order and you will receive a link for making payment. We apologise for the inconvenience and hopefully we will have it sorted soon. Due to the tariffs, shipping will be calculated individually for each order.

Local collection – free

Orders are sent tracked by Royal Mail.
If you select collection at the checkout we will email you when your order is ready with pick up details.

Refunds and Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return the goods then please contact us, stating the reason for return within 7 days of receipt.

Only unused items may be returned, and customers must ensure the items are securely packaged. A certificate of posting is recommended.

Returns are sent at the customer’s own expense. If the item is found to be faulty or damaged in the post any return costs will be refunded to you.

Once we have received the returned item, we will initiate a refund, replacement or exchange.

Customs and Import Taxes

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
